Tabs not properly defined

Short Description

Tabs not defined and managed as tabs

Long Description

Tabs, used to collect and present distinct content, are not defined as tabs - or, if defined as tabs, do not specify which tab is active. Often, tabs are defined as links which makes screen reader users think they are being taken to a different web page, whereas defining the element as a tab lets the screen reader user know they will be staying on the same web page but will be looking at different content.
